Cricket Clinic
Macarthur Cricket Coaching will once
again be conducting their popular cricket clinic
during the January School Holidays. The clinic is
run by Level 2 Coach Ray Hall at Campbelltown Indoor
and is the perfect way for junior players to sharpen
their skills during the Xmas break.

Junior Coaches For 2009-10 Season"
As part of the
Cricket Australia Accreditation.
The introduction to cricket course is now
online and free. It is
recommended that all interested
junior coaches complete the course before the
start of the season.The
course also amounts to 50%
of the Level 1 Course. It
takes between 60 and 90
mins and you will have the option to do the course
in multiple online sessions.

"Cuthill Clubhouse Get's A Make-over"
As part of the ongoing
club commitment to upgrade our facilities at
Cuthill, we have just completed another step
towards making Cobbitty Narellan facilities at
Cuthill the benchmark of the CDCA.
During the winter off season members have
contributed their time and skills to upgrade the
clubhouse at Cuthill.
A huge thank you to the following people
for giving their time over the weekends to line
the inside walls and lay architraves, along with
painting both the kitchen area and both toilets
and the clubhouse floor with industrial strength
paint.

May 2009 -
At the recent club Annual General Meeting, Markham
Bishop was nominated and accepted as life member to
the club. Markham has been a playing member of
Cobbitty for 17 years captaining various teams. Most
recognize Markham for his tireless efforts as the
curator of Birriwa Reserve Mt Annan, our clubs turf
5 wicket square. The vote for Markham's nomination
as a life member was cheered on the night of voting.
Our club is fortunate to have dedicated people like
Markham Bishop as life members.

Scott Coyte is conducting cricket skills coaching to
all Cobbitty Narellan Juniors at Campbelltown Indoor
Centre. Great opportunity to train with Ghosts,
Speedblitz Blues, and Australian 12th Man.
One on one or group sessions available, covering all
aspects of the game from beginner to representative
players.
Times : 4.30pm to 6.15pm
